(More customer reviews)As for the nodes- they're alright, they're hard and offer a little extra stability, but they kinda start to bug me after a while- I ordered the 55cm ball based on the height reccomendation, It was smaller than I realized it would be, but I've grown to like it. My first one popped, but I e-mailed customer service and I noticed a response less than an hour later and they sent me another one. It's so nice when a problem with a product doesn't lead to any stress! -Oh and I haven't had any problems with the replacement ball

I'm fairly active, but my gym ambitions increased after getting this.My endurance has increased and I even sleep better.

The only thing that I don't notice is more flexibility which it claims - but that's fine with me.

I have recommended it to friends and coworkers, even family and those that get it, love it.Only one person I know only wears it to the gym cause she doesn't like wearing bracelets.But I see my boss wearing his every day.Good product - I highly recommend it.

For all the skeptics - even if it is a placebo - it's a very effective one for $30!!

The measuring tape was easy to use and very helpful in pumping the ball to the correct circumference.Very sturdy and durable. The chart it came with is helpful for getting started. Would give - 1/2 star for the air pump continuously popping out of the ball during inflation - very annoying. Plug is secure and doesn't seem to be leaking. Great deal compared to other body balls, would recommend to anyone.

For e.g.: For 25lbs, u have to have 2 plates on one side and 1 plate on the other, making the dumbbell uneven, hence some exercises (dumbbell curls) cannot be done due to the imbalance of the weight (for 15/25/35/45 lbs).
