I'm fairly active, but my gym ambitions increased after getting this.My endurance has increased and I even sleep better.
The only thing that I don't notice is more flexibility which it claims - but that's fine with me.
I have recommended it to friends and coworkers, even family and those that get it, love it.Only one person I know only wears it to the gym cause she doesn't like wearing bracelets.But I see my boss wearing his every day.Good product - I highly recommend it.
For all the skeptics - even if it is a placebo - it's a very effective one for $30!!
