(More customer reviews)Since the bottle is pretty big, it's not good for running becuase it bounces up and down. The bottle itself is great because there's no spill since you have to bite into it.I bring the bottle to the gym when I run on the treadmill. The belt is recommended only for hiking or speed walking. There's also pockets for your cell phone and keys.Three stars only because I was disapointed that I cannot take this on my long runs.
